At Climbing Trees, our passion for providing exceptional service and surpassing client expectations is at the core of everything we do. In our ongoing pursuit of excellence and commitment to go above and beyond in our B Corp responsibility, we recently undertook our first ever deep client survey.

This survey provided us with valuable insights into our strengths, weaknesses, and most importantly, allowed our clients to share their honest feedback. We’re thrilled to share the overwhelmingly positive results with you.

When it comes to industry knowledge in our clients respective sectors, we received an outstanding endorsement from our clients. We understand the importance of staying informed about the latest trends and challenges in each sector we serve, and take great pride in equipping our clients with the expertise they need to thrive in their industries.

Advice and Counsel

We are thrilled to learn that 97% of respondents rated our advice & council as good or really good. Clients praised our openness, honesty, and reliability, emphasising that advice given is extremely genuine and are well thought out.

This feedback shows how dedicated we are to providing informed solutions that help our clients navigate the complexities of their businesses.

Lasting Client Relationships

Our account team members play a pivotal role in building lasting client relationships.

When asked to rate their performance and support, the results revealed that 100% of our clients scored them as good or really good. Client feedback throughout the survey also highlighted the strong and honest working relationships we have with our clients, which speaks volumes about the dedication, professionalism, and commitment of our account team members.

Strong Client Referrals

An impressive 90% of respondents expressed a high likelihood of recommending us. Such overwhelming support demonstrates the satisfaction and confidence our clients have in our ability to deliver exceptional results. We are grateful for their advocacy and will continue to nurture long-term partnerships built on trust and honesty.

This endorsement not only demonstrates our clients satisfaction through our service delivery, but also solidifies our position as a trusted partner in their business journey.

This outcome shows how committed we are to truly understanding our clients’ needs, desires, and goals. We go the extra mile to consistently deliver results that drive our clients’ success.

What next?

Whilst the survey results confirmed our commitment to being the best version of ourselves, there is always room for improvement. The survey also shed light on the need for strategic support beyond Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.

To make sure we’re meeting our clients’ desire for strategic support, we’re now incorporating regular strategy meetings with our clients. These meetings will be a space for deep conversations about their overall business goals, marketing strategies, and long-term growth plans, and how this feeds into their SEO and PPC activity. Our goal is to provide strategic guidance and valuable insights that empower our clients with the tools they need to achieve their business needs.

Through our B-Corp responsibility, we are committed to continuously evaluating and enhancing our practices. This ensures that we not only stay updated of industry trends and best practices, but also remain dedicated to sustainability initiatives.

It also brings us immense joy to learn that our clients also recognise and appreciate our sustainability impact. When asked about ‘What they value the most about Climbing Trees’, one client shared, “I am a huge advocate of the extra efforts made by Climbing Trees to support workplace equality and their genuine commitment to sustainability.”
